How We Protect Your Account and Information

Account Verification

We verify your identity at sign-up using your phone number, email and payment details. Two-factor authentication is optional in your Settings but recommended for extra security on withdrawals.

Payment Verification

Every withdrawal is checked against your deposit history. We match your payout method to your deposit source — if you funded via OVO, your payout goes back to OVO. This prevents fraud and speeds up your cash return.

Data Encryption

Your login, payment details and transaction history are encrypted using industry-standard TLS 1.3. Data travels securely between your device and our servers in all lobby views.

Cookie & Tracking

We use session cookies to keep you logged in and analytics cookies to improve the lobby experience. You can disable non-essential cookies in your browser; essential cookies keep your account secure.

Data Retention

We keep your account data for as long as you're an active member. After you close your account, we retain records for two years for regulatory compliance and dispute resolution, then delete them.

FAQ – Legal, Data and Account Access

We collect your full name, date of birth, phone number, email address and payment details. This information is used to verify your identity, prevent underage access, comply with local law and process your deposits and withdrawals securely.

We match every payout to your deposit history. If you funded via DANA, your withdrawal goes to DANA. If you used GoPay, it returns to GoPay. This rule applies to all payment rails — OVO, QRIS and bank transfers included — to protect your funds.

Yes. Log into your account, go to Settings > Legal & Privacy, and select 'Download my data'. We'll compile your account details, transaction history and contact info, and email you a file within 14 calendar days.

We retain your account records for two years after closure to comply with financial regulations and handle any disputes or refund queries. After two years, your data is permanently deleted from our active systems.

Go to the login screen and tap 'Forgot password'. Enter your email or phone number and we'll send a secure reset link. If your account is locked due to failed login attempts, contact live chat or email [email protected] to unlock it.

We do not sell your data. We share information only with payment processors (to clear your DANA, OVO, GoPay or QRIS transactions), compliance partners and law enforcement where legally required. Your data stays private otherwise.

Log in, open Settings > Account & Payments to update your payment method or add a new one. To close your account, go to Settings > Legal & Privacy and select 'Close account'. We'll process the request within one business day.
